We understand that your trust needs to be earned. That’s why we have a zero risk, zero hassle return policy.

We suggest that you order just a few panels (2 or 3) with corresponding posts and anchors to get your project started. If you're not happy with your WamBam Fence, we'll pay UPS to pick it up and give you 100% reimbursement for all product and shipping charges you incurred. This means you won't be out of pocket one dime. Zero really does mean zero.

On the other hand, if you order more than just two or three panels, we are still happy to take the product back and give you a refund. However that refund will be minus all shipping charges incurred. As a very general rule of thumb, a box usually costs $30-$35 to ship each way.

As much as we prefer to bend rules as opposed to making them, we do need to set just a few more boundaries here. So in the spirit of mutual respect, note the following:

1.  Please return your product within 30 days of purchase.

2.  Please do not return the product with any screw holes or any other permanent damage that would  render the product used. You can temporarily “float” your horizontal rails and panels into place without  using screws if you are still undecided after installing your anchors and posts.

3.  Please call us regarding your return so we can arrange to have UPS pick up your packages and issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to ensure that you receive your refund.

4.  Please repackage your fencing in the original boxes they came in.
